A separate database runs in the background that contains all of your data as well as a directory containing Previous Analysis Files.
This is located in the Back_End and Data_Files Directories and you can open this database and you do have access to the data contained in the back end. You will need to know how to use SQL Server.
Please don’t edit data in the back end. If you want to use the data in any way copy it out of the database and use it at will.
The Back End will allow PJ Data to update the Front End Database for future upgrades without affecting each individuals data.
If errors in the program are found to have come from the user editing, deleting or modifying data in the back end database PJ Data reserve the right to charge for time taking to fix any problems caused.
We recommend backup for the Analyser_Data.mdf database from time to time. Especially if you have large number of user comments within it. Most importantly create a backup of this file before any software updates.
